Peanut Butter Protein Squares (No Bake)

Ingredients

  • 2 c oatmeal
  • 1 c protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/2 c flax seeds
  • 1.5 c peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1 c dried blueberries
  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Place in 9x9 pan and smooth out.
    3. Score 12 bars with a bench scrapper or knife.
    4. Place in freezer until set.
    5. Cut into bars and freeze to store.

    Notes

  • Makes 12 bars. 19 g protein and 300 calories per bar.
  • Heavy peanut butter taste.
